If Nick Clegg is to get his way, there will be some form of electoral reform in the UK parliamentary system. This could pave the way for more European style coalition governments in the future with either AV or PR as opposed to FPTP we are more likely to see more parliaments that work on consensus rather than along party lines. So is this a good or a bad thing?

I woke up this morning and the only thing that is clear in regards to the election is that the result is unclear. Although at this time the Conservatives are in the lead, they don’t yet have and are not predicted to have with 48 seats left to be declared the 326 seats they need to take power.

Who will get our vote, and why? Things I am Pondering as I wonder about this question: Are the debates swaying anyone? Reality TV Politics? Is it going to be down to words speaking louder than actions? These are just some of the thoughts that have been through my mind as I have mused on the the debates that I watched (No. 1 all the way through, No.2, almost to the end, and No.3, not at all) and been doing a skim read of some of the reported commentary on them.
