It’s Polling Day0

Today is the day when the nation gets to decide who will lord it over us govern us for the next 5 years. All the polls point towards us having a hung parliament, but we won’t know for sure until the early hours of the morning so if you haven’t voted yet, get out there and cast your ballot. Polls opened this morning at 6am and will close around 10pm tonight. The leaders of the major parties criss crossed the country yesterday in an effort to motivate and garner support from people in all walks of life. We have some serious times ahead of us and there will be some pain for many of us as we try as a country to tackle the mountain of debt that has been incurred as a result not only of global financial woes, but also the current Labour government policies.
Let us hope that we don’t end up in a situation like Greece where debt is at 125% of the nations wealth. As a result the Greek government are having to impose swingeing cuts in public spending in order to qualify for the
